Each product on our website follows its own production timeline and shipping period. You can find specific details in the Product Description section on the product page.
For handcrafted pieces like the Gomu Fragrance and Gear 5 Edition, you’ll also receive personalized email updates from [email protected] throughout the production process—so you’ll always know what stage your order is in.

Shipping Destinations
Yes, we now ship internationally. 
Please note: Fragrance items are available for U.S. delivery only. International orders include our decor pieces and hand-painted collector items.

Dangerous Goods & International Shipping
Perfumes are classified as dangerous goods due to their alcohol-based composition, requiring special handling and compliant packaging for safe transit.
At this time, we currently ship our artisan decor pieces internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at our contact form. You can read more here. 

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 5 days of your purchase. We’ll recalculate shipping requirements and make adjustments before your order is dispatched.
