Returns and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your order, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we do not allow changes or cancellations.
If you wish to return a product, you must inform us through here within 24 hours of receiving the order. Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and in its original condition.
Once we approve the return based on product photos, you’ll need to ship the item back within 14 days at your own expense. If the item is returned opened or damaged, we reserve the right to send it back to you at your cost.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Refunds
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.
To protect against fraudulent claims, we may require:

Clear photos/videos of the shipping box and all its contents

Proof that the damage occurred in transit, not after delivery
If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
